I'm wondering if you could lend a hand in determine just how many shares George and friends have issued to themselves. It seems every time they borrow money they use stock as collateral to cover the loan. When they do this they issue shares to themselves to maintain control of the company. As the price per share continues to drop these loans become "toxic", "under water", or whatever term you want to use to describe them.
These are mentioned from time to time as needing to be "cleared". I'd also be interested in knowing how they clear these loans.
Just as a side note, I suspect the shortage of parts is due to a shortage of capital. Could it be George has been to the well too many times and vendors now require cash up front?
I'm holding a small number of shares (300K). Like the rest at this site I'm looking for something, anything, that can be backed up by fact. So far, the more I learn, the more questions I have and the more dubious I become.
