February 5th 2016 update; news release:
The Now Corporation management, Board of Directors has been approached by two funding groups to finance the Industrial Hemp Project in Colorado; Both groups have stated they need a Registration Statement filed with the SEC.
Management will be updating a new web site, plus preparing all financial data such as the year end statement and an audit trail for the filing of the S-1 and to become a fully reporting issuer.
The new filings will allow financing groups to participate in our business plan to be a Fully Operating Hydroponics Industrial Hemp harvesting CBD's for medicinal purposes.
