the reverse split does not have an effective date as it is still waiting on approval from finra. If you go by the last r/s it took about4.5 months from start to finish. By that timeframe this r/s should happen sometime late March to mid April. As for how much I assume you mean the ratio this will be a 1:100 r/s.
