Sorry - no. Valid questions but, having watched the trading history daily ever since Critic Clothing went public, I do not believe that there is anything to be concerned about whilst the pps is at current levels.
In my estimation, the majority of people holding CRTC at present are going to keep it until at least all the items in the January 4 PR have been delivered. Given the record of achievement so far, there is nothing that is not achievable in time.
This is not an ideal stock for short-term flipping - those who try it normally don't have the patience to ride out trading on a spread that develops between major developments and end-up selling for a loss. You are not going to see 100Ms trading at each .0001 like many OTC stocks in the .000x>.0020 range.
That said, I do believe that updates will continue to come more frequently throughout 2016. In 2015, announcement of many of the items being worked on were held back until the name change and ticker change had been finalized.
