on the contrary .. but i understand D&D specific to divert and deflect
when coupled with P2O's actual IO and Float as the company enters
2016 as a pubco (sub 125M/87M) which is truly enviable comp'd with P2O's tech's evolution
and those actively working against the company (and the stock) since 2009
bottom line is every OTC company (and stock) is targeted .. it's why CEs'
minions trot that 99% *rate* .. it is what it is .. but aspects are indeed changing
with true stats specific to OTC companies *new* as of Feb 2010 (MM Monthly)
and ATS Dark Pool as of mid summer 2014 ~
btw specific to documentation ~ the *key* is actually pattern recognition specific
to the actual cycle of money in play .. it's why with PTOI .. i'm always pointing out
when the last *orchestrated* RUN on was (JAN 2013 ~ 3 years ago) vs when the
actual *short* kicked in (overlapping CEs underway in SEP 2012) and what that entails
(pssst .. it's tied to the actual *volume* totals which get more *revealing* with every month
that P2O survives)
pattern recognition allows entry specific to *targeted* OTC stox (including those
who uplist out of the OTC cesspool) with the sole goal of buying low and selling higher
2015 alone saw 2 uplist out of the OTC cesspool .. one that had uplisted years ago be
bought out for an all cash deal .. and one currently on the OTC that has triggered reg sho
(and called by me in advance) 4x
