NTEK buying back shares?

If Ntek had been slowly buying back shares for the past year would there be anyway for us to know? Part of me thinks they mentioned the "proxy" and other bullshit to intentionally drive down the share price so they could buy shares back..... Could all of these T-Trades be them? If this is true then I wonder if the Christmas sale was to quickly gain capital to purchase back a ton of shares before a partnership/merger is announced.... Would this be legal? If so, then everything makes sense to me.... Especially their silence/secrecy..... Dillute, rebuy, dillute, rebuy... If not then two things..... 1. Big things will soon be announced.... OR..... We're fucked........... Thoughts?
Correct me if I'm wrong... The Paramount movies are only good for a year from when they're released? Do we know this for sure? If so, then I'm confused on the lack of advertisements, PR.... If I wanted to increase traffic I would be sending out daily newsletters/emails to users outlining new releases..... I signed up and I haven't gotten a single email other than the Christmas special.... From what I see it appears NTEK doesn't want the masses to know what's going on..... I almost think everything we've seen so far is simply a test/beta...... They almost appear as if they don't want to be found..... I think they are still attempting to get on all of the platforms before they get things in motion....
Even the stupidest company would advertise if they wanted to make money.... There are a ton of HD forums/websites they could be placing banners to attract traffic cheaply/effectively. I've seen nothing. That says to me they aren't ready yet.... They don't seem desperate. They seem to be moving at their own pace.... The Christmas specials weren't even really known about unless you had already signed up for the service or was following the company.... That says to me they were only looking for a specific amount.... They didn't want to sell more specials then they had to.... That would loose them money....
Just me thinking out loud.... FYI I own 5 million shares and I'm down 40k.
