I followed this stock for 2 years, the bashing did

I followed this stock for 2 years, the bashing didnt start until after the merger got announced and it started to look like it was going to go through. It may be a good thing, maybe the competitors are paying the bashers to TRY and keep the stock down? It just doesnt make sense to me for anyone else to want to keep a stock down besides competitors of TALK and their new business future.
