They have to be held for 6 months. How ever if you look at this you will see that Mr. Lee has no intention of selling them.

those 16 000 000 revs are now in TALK legally and AS stays the same not going to 14 billion anytime soon that would be if Mr. Lee decided to convert but again it will be in 6 months from now if he decides to. NO RS as well . I don't see this as bad at all. I find it to be great news.. Pay attention to what the 8-k really means.
