I am not Giving and "Amplifying" the Importance of that Note about the on "Going Concern"- IF Francine was not sure to be able to
Resolve what is going on and the future of the CO. .....she would not have Match the Offer to Purchase that occur...IMO she well know what she is doing!....
<< Francine did Match the Offer to Purchase and she is willing to pay $600,000,00???....IMO there is something very Lucrative coming up that she wants to Capitalize on!!!...>>
There might be a "DRAMATIC CHANGE" in the CO. going forward!!!

Enclosed please find check number 15437 made payable to you as attorney in the amount of sixty thousand ($60,000.00) dollars which represents required down payment in the contract of sale.>>
