DJ asked Bill on Twitter about the timing of the presentation and Boeing's response to it. Bill said it would be at least several weeks before Boeing got back to Bill and, as far as I know, he hasn't submitted the presentation to Boeing as of yet. Then there would be more talks between Trans-Pacific and Boeing, legal review, etc., etc.
While a Boeing contract announcement coupled with the K could knock the pps out of the solar system, I'm not really sure this will happen.
Sorry to rain on everyone's parade and, in the back of my mind, I hope I'm wrong (I can wish, can't I? lol).
