Its hard to say, but the 8k says "not later than 71 days after the date on which this Current Report on Form 8-K was required to be filed"
That could mean 71 days from Dec 15th (when it was supposed to be submitted after their extension from 11-30) making the filing date no later than 24 Feb 2016.
Or 71 days from 29 Jan or 2 Feb, which kinda makes no sense at all, 71 days is a big extension. This was all supposed to be out in Nov, then extended to Dec. It then pops out just recently and gets a huge extension to put some numbers together? I dont know about that.
Hopefully its from Dec 15th, when the form "8k was required to be filed" That would make more sense to me, so lets hope to see a nice surprise in the coming weeks.
