That is indeed an observation that I have made myself. I think there are two types. One sells while pumping and therefore has capital to buy the dips as you are implying. The other is simply practicing dollar cost averaging and slowly building a position rather than going all in. I have no problem with buying and selling however one sees fit. I am just not a fan of trying to bash while buying and pumping while selling. It just seems disingenuous. I just believe it is possible to have doubts (what reasonable person doesn't) and still remain positive.
