No it isn't a partisan statement. I couldn't care less what political party Obama associates himself with nor have I stated otherwise. It's a fact that unemployment has not decreased to the levels his administration would like you to believe.

Neither one of them created new jobs. If I have $1 and you come along and take it, then later turn around and hand me $1. You cannot claim you created a new dollar bill for me.
