Thanks for the info. I got through to a sales associate on the number posted on facebook. It goes to somewhere in Arkansas, and he told me the same thing. No filing until After the court hearings. I expect mid summer now. Im fine with it, just disappointed in the short term based on the fact that ANY sec filing would sustain this price above .0022s
