OK, lets look way down road. As you may know, Cummins Power System is the division of Cummins Inc, that produces their gen sets.
If COTE ever reaches $100/share through a joint venture with Cummins, by then Cummins Power System will probably be so profitable that Cummins Inc. might do a spin-off of Cummins Power, making it a seperate company, and give stockholders shares of the spin-off equal to the number of shares they own of the parent company.
I have been involved in two spin-offs just like that in recent years and the spin-off company stock has appreciated in value more than the parent company in both instances. I see this in the realm of possibilities, under the above assumptions.
Food for thought for all the longs. If this is not positive thinking, what is?
Now, back to reality. Cote is now sitting at .0024 a share. We all know what has to happen to change that. C'mon George...
