I'm so happy to see this board this morning with all the new/old names from IHOP. Now we can have a civil discussion. this is going to be a basher free zone. we need to be able to help each other. there are a lot of good plays out here but if you go to IHOP you can't see the forest through the trees of bashers.
Granted that many of the penny plays are pump and dumps it is very rare that you have a company with potentially 46 million dollars in revenue that's trading at .0017 with a confirmed reverse merger with a CEO that is a very seasoned and professional. The share structure is very very agreeable and with the PE of 30 which is the industry standard for this industry we could be looking at .018 times 30 for pps. the fact that Lee has 10 billion shares that he can convert does not matter because they've already taken restrictions so that he can't destroy the market price.
My thought is that when the six month expires there won't be any dilution at all remember he's getting a salary of 150000 year. and ask yourself this question why would we have those rights and not levy? Because neither of them are allowed to use them for personal gain. They are there for one purpose.... to grow the company through acquisitions and possibly allow employees a 401k benefit program.
This is by far one of the best penny plays I have ever come across in since 1999. good luck to everybody here and I'm so glad that we get to have a place like this to talk among ourselves without all the bashers.
I think it's very important for everybody to go over to IHOP and let everyone else know who is a good person that this board exists. there is going to be a mass migration from IHOP to this site as long as this site remains neutral.
