1) Steve Squires - yes sold over 5 million shares (or repaid his wife's loan). Yes, this was not clearly justified in the filing and questions linger, but it's one occurrence in years for the insiders.
2) Dr. Ghassan Jabbour - no SEC filings for sales (no dumping)
3) David Doderer - sold 130,000 shares to exercise options. No SEC filings for sales - (no dumping)
4) Craig Lindberg - no SEC filings for sales - (no dumping)
5) Sri Peruvemba - some shares - no SEC filings for sales - (no dumping)
6) Ray Martin - some shares - no SEC filings for sales - (no dumping)
7) Daniel Carlson - some shares - no SEC filings for sales - (no dumping)

I see only 1 member of the insider club that disposed of shares for reason other than exercising options or warrants. Only 1 insider has less ownership in QMC after the transactions this past year. The form 4's and 5's clearly show the transactions.
