Why not just put them on ignore. That's what I do. I forget they are even there until someone replies to them. But they are intent on getting as many people banned from that board as possible. Now there are two bashers working as mods. Four more people were banned yesterday. Yet the bashers proliferate because it's not against the TOS to call the company or everyone associated with it a POS.
