I don't think he'll want to fight RMH Brands on the definition of hemp infused, as it's well known that the term hemp isn't even normally used in reference to a weed containing THC. Normally cannabis or marijuana would be used, and the cans of RMH Brands hemp infused beverages clearly state that they contain no THC. If he tries to call hemp a drug he's going to clog up his network with a tremendous amount of nasty feedback directed straight at him, followed by a great deal of his revenue generating users going elsewhere.
