On 2/3/2016 GFTI filed its 2014 10K. Yes; and before anyone jumps all over this, it’s one year late.

My takeaway on this is;
It is a precursor to the 2015 10K filings, which are due shortly.
GFTI has dropped several ventures which were not profitable or which didn’t fall within the new framework. Better to cut the losses and move on.
As per SEC Regs. and filings, GFTI is not a shell.
From the 10K:
"Indicate by check mark whether the registrant is a shell company as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act. Yes [ ] No [X ]"
I see the catch-up filing as a good thing.
