On December 26 a statement was issued, in it Read. "Your Board has been deliberately silent based on advice from Counsel, I break that today by letting you know we finally are in a position of FINAL REVIEW on 2013. We will progress through 2014 and 2015 in relatively short order as we've been working through subsequent years simultaneously. Upon filing of 2013, it we hope, will be clear to shareholders as to why this has been such an arduous task."
Can you imagine what kind of an undertaking to construct books. when as was stated on this board and other boards that the former board would not cooperate. Did not turn over books or files. Can you imagine what it would be like to have to start a set of books with no invoices, no canceled checks etc. Imagine what it would be like to go the the bank and get a copy of every transaction, imaging going to every creditor or debitor and getting copies of invoices. I am not saying this is what was done. but I can imagine what It has been like. It has been an arduous task, add to that the harrassment from the suits. unimaginable.
So Lets keep the trashing of Chris off this board and take it over to the other one. I for one have more invested in this stock than most of you put together. Yes stupid me, I bought into every one of those double pumping videos.
