Personally I think my heart stopped when I first saw that number. Now after reading the opinions from others (non bashers) I honestly doubt Levy will just trash his new ticker and dilute the heck out of it.
Well I just ignore the bashers because they are full of misinformation and just want us to sell. Like I think they were saying the total number of shares is now something like 27 billion. Geesh. Guess that can't do simple math.
Preferred = 10,625,000,000 common if converted + current O/S 1,875,000000 = 12,500,000,000 if fully diluted or maxed out.
Many expressed that Levy would not want to trash his new ticker and dilute the heck out of it. Which makes sense to me.
Plus wouldn't Levy want to maintain a 51% ownership over the 12.5? So wouldn't that cut that number down right there? Personally I seriously doubt the stock would ever be over 6 bil shares O/S and if so, it would have to be a giant to support that kind of O/S IMO.
I am not going to sell after holding all this time until I see the fins. And I still think the ticker trades like a low floater even though there was no mention of a buyback.
And let's say income = $26 mil as reported in the 2014 Forbes article
And let's say they dumped all 12.5 billion shares on us
And let's just use a conservative multiplier of 15. Industry average = 30
$26,000,000 x 12,500,000,000 x 15 = .0312
So I still think we got something good here. Just have to wait for fins and/or PR to see if she is a sell on news or a hold for dollars deal IMO.
