Agree. Who would have thought that a merger confirmation would lead to trading in the red.
The only thing I can think of is the number of o/s shares being boosted to 12.5bil. Although they did not do a RM and didn't say there would be one I would not be surprised to see one in about a year or less. Might have scared some ppl off.
The action this morning was all MMs. They would take the pps up and then put a bid in lower and that one would fill causing the pps to go down.
Bummed I put in a buy at 18 today and it filled while I wasn't watching. Oh well.
