I can see the adjustment on the fat fingered trade

I can see the adjustment on the fat fingered trade as I have seen it before but, It still doesn't explain the 7+ million in adjustment on volume when the trade only involved 3.2 mil. Just when you think you've seen it all with this stock, it's get a little more strange!
