Panama and Canada connected to offshore brokerage accounts forged under trust protection is a no no especially when those shares have to hit US markets with unregistered certificates via dirty attorney's and a TA that lifts the restricted legend. Seen this too...
You know what is really interesting to is Signature Stock Transfer (CRGP former TA) has had alot of experience with these type of issuers that get hijacked. I know of a few that are related to the situation at hand. In fact, one had the same dividend situation however Iscam hijacked the resolution process....except for one important thing....
