Well yeah, they make a dollar a movie. It is just a rental so they aren't spending anything or reselling the movie. (other than the original $1 M to secure the lease) So the revenue ($1) is basically 100% profit. But they still only get $1 per movie. They don't get $5 in revenue and $4 of that is taken out as expenses. The deal is like a lease. They are leasing the rights to the movie. NTEK gets $1 and Paramount and whomever else gets the other $4. This was all made very clear at the SHM with graphs and other means of showing how the money would be coming in. At no time did they say we get all $5, count it as revenue, and of that $5, $1 is profit. It was simply stated that NTEK gets $1 per movie. Period.
