Holy crap! First...B+....?.....so is she saying a 3.0 and better?...or is this grade school? You have to stay in Rhode Island to qualify?...is that extortion? Yes it is. How long do they have to stay in Rhode Island....hopefully the company they are working for does not want to transfer them...etc.. . Wow...where are the red necks ??...eh?
