You are forgetting about the $99 NTEK gets that money right away. The 80% that goes to Paramount does not happen until the movie is watched by them. I seriously doubt all of these people would be watching all 100 movies within that 3 month time frame. I know of some board members who claim to only watch maybe once or twice a month, like myself, if lucky.
