So any thoughts on the filing? Glad they did something but we still need the financials. Within 71 days of closing if I read that correctly.
So instead of a RS they are increasing the AS. Better than a RS that's for sure.
UMS can convert but it appears they have not and Calvin pointed out the shares are for investment and NOT RESELLING which is important as it keeps the float low.
One thing...there was no buyback so the 1bil share in treasury was just BS. Kind of disappointed in that fact. You just can't trust anyone online.
