Let's keep things in perspective.
Cummings already builds engines. George has invented a valve set that allows those engines to burn dirty fuel and reduce emissions. The world is overflowing with dirty fuel.
George's valve set would be an add-on to what Cummings is already doing. An "option" so to speak in the sales brochure. (kinda like cruise control) (not that big of a deal unless your competition has a better one) I'm sure Cummings would love to have it on two conditions.
1 - It works as advertised.
2 - The price is right.
(Remember - the only federal government that attempts to economizes no matter what it cost . . . is our)
Based on what this report says. . . we are at least one years away from significant production regardless of who's doing the production.
Cummings will have to know mean time between failure before committing big bucks to this venture. (and they won't take Georges word for anything)
