Can't argue wit that... PMC said there's gotta be about 5% of the O/S accumulated before bein declared (86 mill)... U figure between yesterday's 2 big trades equaling 11 mill, add today's 5.7 mill... Then include all the big t-trades we've witnessed the past few weeks? Idk, but that 86 mill seems damn close.
