One thing is it's about small states having some say so , another is vote feud if one state cheated it could swing the whole election , states do the counting and set the rules . Our founding fathers new what they were doing .
Sometimes we don't get it at first . If you want to learn another point of view argue it from a contrary side from how you feel but don't cheat really try to prove that point .
