I guess if GOLDMAN SACHS does it , and the rat bunch that just got exposed does it,you all can bet your bottom dollar that just about EVERY market maker on the planet and moon do it and have done it to collectively decimate the OTC and even regulated markets. If only the three biggest losers here realized the potential value of redemption and an attempt to recover damages from what is about to really be disclosed ( and not settled on for pennies without admitting or denying guilt ) from the fraudsters and the paid for regulators that tap them on the wrist, trillions stolen and probably the largest fraudsters get off with 15 mm in penalties.
