Is that sudden 1.25 close correct? Real interestin

Is that sudden 1.25 close correct? Real interesting, down at 1.20/1.21 in the last half hour, then suddenly 1.24 and then 1.25 last trade?

As I had said was possible, "they" wanted it down.... but having trouble keeping it down.
