Consider that it would be very difficult to CRGP, alone, to do that kind of trick. It would be with the help of a FINRA insider or COR insider. Somebody who knows the rules, access to conversion dates, sales, DTCC operation, etc.
And the benefits won't go to COR the company, they'll go to COR's insiders.
Only a scenario, not trumpeting that this really happened.
