Of course there hasn't been a PLN settlement, there was a Joint Motion to Dismiss, that stated they could refile by July 13, 2016.
See that is what real adults do, they actually look at the court documents.

Joe’s Holding Corporation and Hangover Joe’s, Inc. (“Hangover Joe’s”), and Third Party Defendants Bjarte Rene and Kevin Harden jointly file this Joint Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice. It is pretty clear that there hasn't been a settlement.
