notice the real issue is *RT* (real time) transparency
SEC is so mired in muck if they actually implemented RT transparency
entire market would implode .. as if the ever increasing *volatility* aka
dance of the various algos .. isn't on that path .. already ..
but i will take every *inch* of >> exposure ..
