A large cap company could stand to lose investors 1 of 2 ways though. 1- Most accredited investors won't touch a pink sheet so if their company partnered with one, that could be reason enough to sell. 2- if this new company, the large cap partnered with, has such promise- the large cap company could lose investors looking for much greater returns in the smaller company that has more room to grow. What we have called partneships in the past has been blue chips agreeing to use our app or lend us movies to stream for a price. No large cap company has stepped forward to take an equity position as a partner...that we know of...
The partnering company will need more than a few reasons to support a partnership deal that wouldn't hurt themselves. A decent stake in Ntek for one and hard proof that the smaller company is doing what they say they are and making money. IMO
