I started that conversation.
None of us know the terms of the deal.
None of us know what triggers conversion.
I advanced a theory because i saw the potential of a price printing at .00333333.
I hope that NTEK has this under control.
At this point, for 600,000,000 shares, we should not be getting only 2,000,000.
For 25% of the company, with everything that NTEK has accomplished, NTEK should be getting all of the money needed to buy content, GO LIVE, GO NFL LIVE, ....and in the process all of our own shares should be repriced upwards to whatever that price is divided by 25% of the company (roughly 600,000,000 shares).
Fuja's comment and recent statements by the company have given me hope that NTEK management has reached a fair agreement with our lender. I would not be surprised if we are caused to issue them some shares.
At this point, if we are going to sell 25% of the company, we need a strong partner.
