Maybe they have. The Ihub subpoena is only public because a shareholder posted it. There are 50 John Does in the NE case, I would say there's a pretty good chance Nobilis and Beaufort would be candidates for that list and may already be dealing with subpoenas. COR is probably doing a lot behind the scenes.
