Fuja- Thanks for the update. #5 is what I've been waiting for and once announced (if the terms of the debt reduction are SH friendly meaning no R/S and limited further dilution) this will IMO be the catalyst we have been waiting for. This debt reduction alone would be bigger than all of the recent positive developments combined. Bigger than UF on Apple TV, Star Wars, and getting on additional platforms which were all pretty impressive.
If anyone has been keeping track any new PR with positive news, no matter how good and the PPS continues to go south. This is all because we have been held hostage by the toxic debt. IF the toxic debt goes away the PPS explodes to the upside. Hoping this is announced just before financials are released in a few weeks.

5) They should be announcing a recapitalization plan to eliminate a majority of the convertible debt and close another major studio this quarter. This is why I believe the delay in the SHL has happened but will be soon with the details everyone has been anticipating.
