Winning bids but no OPEN auction . We will get info Feb 9th in court. There weren’t enough bidders to hold an open auction, in which companies compete for the properties. A company official said Thursday that court papers would detail the winning bids, but he could not give out information, including bidders or price. The official said he was unsure when the highest bidder will be announced in court filings.
