He has even indicated before that the plan with Dan and Calm Waters is to raise PPS to allow Calm Waters to exercise warrants, the proceeds of which would be used to pay off the other debt and cancel the other warrants, making ECIG debt free, profitable with over $100,000,000 in sales. Not sure about his post today myself.
