Casey - the Food Factory Show states. Each batch
Post# of 15187
Each batch / vat is 3,000 gallons
Each batch / vat is 384,000 fluid ounces
384,000 divided by 2 ounce bottles is 193,000 bottles per batch / vat.
Production speed stated is
166 bottles per minute
10,000 bottles per hour; actual (9,960 = 166 bottles time 60 minutes)
Not really knowing the hours of production, a safe guess work be 8 hour production run.
With 3 production lines it would take 6.43 hours to bottle 193,000 bottles at a rate of 30,000 bottles per hours.
Let's have some fun with future financial figures using conservative DEALERSHIP Numbers.
Using 100 dealers.
Each dealer sells 1 each Master Case (144 bottles) per week.
Aggregate sells per WEEK would be 52 Master Cases or 7488 bottles per week sold.
Aggregate sells per YEAR would be 52 Master Cases (7488 bottles) per 52 Weeks (389,376) bottles sold by dealers. At dealership cost of $1.25 per bottle HJOE revenues would be $486,720. This doesn't seem very high and it's not given the most conservative figure.
Once dealers are established and product awareness grows Master Cases sold by each dealer could be as high as 50 per week / 1 pallet. If each dealer sells 1 pallet per week revenues from dealers would be $2.43 billion per year. This is just the US market. The international revenue potential is ginormous!
I'm holding my shares close to my chest, at least until they CALL.
