Shekin with respect imo your wrong. The key here is NTEK
has to get UF to the 1M user mark as quickly as possible
even if that means diluting the hell out of the stock as they
are doing to give them the firepower to make the deals
for the coming ALIST CONTENT and other matters.
The UF 1M user level is the key because from there
the revenue base will be large enough to self fund
operations going forward.
IMO with the stock down here in the 3's the market is
already pricing in the O/S going to 2.5B by 2nd half of 2016.
At .004 NTEK mkt cap is then 10M. But those extra
shares will be enough to get the UF user base to
1M and that will have UF on pace to $70M annual revs.
With NO MORE DILUTION taking place AFTER
UF gets to 1M users that's when the stock price
will skyrocket to a FAIR VALUATION which will
be at least 3X its annual revenues.
