I live in Jacksonville area and been too every Best Buy I see as well as other places that sell 4k TV's and the majority of sales people had no clue about Ultraflix and when I asked about 4k movies they always referenced Netflix. There is a problem because even reps from Samsung and Roku didn't have a clue what I was talking about. The rep from Sony did but said it wasn't available yet. I got a 65" 4K Samsung TV and there was nothing on the box, nothing inside and when I called Samsung Tech assistance to install the app the first rep didn't know what I was talking about the second had to make some calls and after two hours they were able to figure it out and download it on my TV. I text NTEK about it and got a reply basically saying thanks for getting the app. I mentioned to ntek that millions of 4k TV's sold during the xmas period to people who have no idea that ultraflix exists and how to access it. What a shame. Don't mean to be so critical but its what I experienced. So when ever I'm in store that has 4k TV's I still try to educate because there is a turn over of sales people at these stores.
