That's not true at all. I'm not pumping the STOCK one bit. And of course they need to file this year otherwise they'll be delisted and moved to the gray's which benefits nobody.
What do expect will happen if they file and KBM decides to suddenly drop suit? Don't you think the lawyers they are paying have a better handle on when they should file then you or I?
