Even the SEC got on ETRADE "gatekeeper"

Is Cor Clearing going after the gatekeeper too? Did Cor know that some of its clients were dirty with Etrade and gave them up to the authorities?
Didnt Cor's SUPER lawyers leave Washington DC and step down....or was that meeting about something else?
