Well IMO everyone has to wait for another 30 M sha

Well IMO everyone has to wait for another 30 M shares (a week or less) or so to be diluted before they will finally get the long awaited "proxy". As was said by me, and some others, weeks ago, there was no way NTEK was going to release the proxy ( a reverse split/raise in the AS/spinoff of UF to NTGL or any combo of the 3-my guess is a spinoff and a RS) before the AS was maxed out again. They wanted as much as they could get for each share diluted, and giving out bad news like what will be in the proxy is not what anyone would call great or even good news.


The time is near....
