While the next filing (10-K) which is for the year

I continue waiting for that 10-K... it's actually due at the end of this month (SEC allows 90 days later, beyond 10/31) but most CEOs, including Bill McKay based on his historical MO, will likely file NT 10-K ... this is a notice to file the 10-K late so he'll have an additional 15 calendar days making it mid-February to actually see the 10-K out.
We may actually see an NT 10-K out tomorrow but should otherwise be on Monday.
I've heard from CEOs they like to wait till the last minute in case they have to make a change/addendum (plus they don't need to pay for it till it's actually filed, lol).
